This page explains what Marketing Quizzer collects and how that information is used to run quizzes, accounts, leaderboards, and site security.

Information we collect

  • - Account information from Google sign-in, such as your email address, display name, profile identifier, and avatar when provided by Google.
  • - Quiz activity, including quiz attempts, answers, scores, timeouts, practice history, leaderboard eligibility, ranks, and streak activity.
  • - Guest session information used to keep practice attempts working in the same browser.
  • - Question reports or feedback you submit while signed in.
  • - Basic technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as session cookies, request logs, browser details, and IP address data.

How we use information

  • - To sign you in, keep your session active, and show the right account state.
  • - To save quiz progress, calculate scores, show dashboard history, and maintain leaderboards and streaks.
  • - To keep guest practice attempts separate from ranked signed-in attempts.
  • - To review reported questions and improve quiz quality.
  • - To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and keep the service secure.

Cookies and sessions

  • - Marketing Quizzer uses cookies and similar session storage to keep you signed in, remember guest practice state, protect sign-in flows, and run the quiz experience.
  • - You can control cookies through your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work correctly if required cookies are blocked.

Leaderboards

  • - If you start a quiz while signed in and that attempt is eligible for ranking, your public display name, score, rank, quiz count, accuracy, and streak may appear on leaderboards.
  • - Guest attempts and practice attempts do not appear on public leaderboards.
  • - Public display names may be moderated or replaced with a neutral fallback if they look abusive, impersonating, URL-like, email-like, empty, or excessively long.

Sharing

  • - We use service providers and platform services to operate the site, including hosting, database infrastructure, deployment tooling, and Google sign-in.
  • - We may share information when needed to comply with law, protect the service, investigate abuse, or enforce site rules.
  • - We do not sell personal information as part of the current service.

Retention and choices

  • - Account and quiz history may be kept while your account is active so your dashboard, scores, and leaderboards work.
  • - Operational logs may be kept for limited periods for security, debugging, and reliability.
  • - You can sign out at any time. You can also request account or quiz-history deletion by contacting support. Deleting account data may remove leaderboard scores, ranks, and streaks.

Children

Marketing Quizzer is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support so it can be reviewed.
